Chimneys started as a dessert item (Chimney Cake) for another concept. As we played with the dessert, the unique concept that is now known as Chimney's Food Trailer, was created.
Chimney Cakes are known worldwide as
Kürtőskalács, Kurtos, Trdelnik, Trdlo and Baumstriezel.

Our menu features a variety of dishes, rooted in a 400-year-old tradition from Transylvania. Fresh bread cooked over an open flame on a rotisserie and filled with savory options like Firecracker and Bourbon chicken, Cheesesteak and delectable desserts. We use only the freshest ingredients to ensure that every bite is packed with flavor.
